We do not charge you for last minute cancellations, but out of common courtesy it would be appreciated if you could contact us at least 12 hours of your appointment if you know you can’t make it. We understand that people forget, or things happen in your life, but we worry about you if you don’t let us know why you didn’t make it to an appointment. So if we call you 5 or 10 minutes into your appointment to see where you are, we’re just making sure you’re alright and whether you would like to re-schedule.
Thank you for understanding.
